Selecting Your Legal Representative

As part of the Closing Process and in accordance with the Purchase Agreement, the Purchaser is responsible to retain a BC legal conveyance representative (lawyer or notary), other than Dentons Canada LLP, for the conveyance of the Strata Lot. (Addendum A, 2.0)

Working with the Vendor’s solicitor Dentons Canada LLP, the Purchaser’s Solicitor will prepare the documents necessary to complete the conveyance of title to the Strata Lot into the name of the Purchaser.

As a courtesy to our Homeowners, we have provided two legal packages being offered for Green on Queensbury. Please feel free to utilize one of these lawyers, or BC legal conveyance representative of your choice.
