A recent article by Richard White of the Calgary Herald calls for push to refresh our perception of the Design District. With the ever evolving landscape of Calgary changing, the Beltline brings a renewed sense of energy into city and has been a recent focus as one of the most exciting areas to live. From restaurants to shops and even real estate developments that bring in new businesses occupying their commercial units, the Beltline is quickly earning its name for diversity in living.  SODO (South of Downtown), now hosts a wide range of shops located within walking distance of our Park Point project. Whether you’re looking to live, play, eat or create, it’s just steps away.
