There’s something satisfying about seeing years of planning finally take shape.
At Kingsway and Fraser, we broke ground on one of the first projects advancing under the Broadway Plan. What began as policy and possibility is now becoming 200 purpose-built rental homes, including below-market units, alongside retail and a publicly accessible courtyard.
At Ironwood, construction has gone vertical, marking the shift from groundwork to skyline. In parallel, the project’s public art was unveiled earlier this month at Alliance Française, in collaboration with Marie Khouri.
At Botanica, construction is nearing completion. Furnished display homes are open, hard hat tours are underway, and landscaping is taking shape.
At Artesia, the story has crossed its most meaningful threshold: people have moved in. Lights are on, and homes are no longer something we’re building, but something our homeowners are living in and making their own.
Vision is easy. Delivery takes patience, discipline, and follow-through. The work may go unseen for years, but this quarter, it’s visible across every project. Our focus remains on seeing each one through, carefully and deliberately, to completion.
