What is selling right now?
Ironwood in West Coquitlam and Artesia in Metrotown are now selling, and Botanica in West Coquitlam is complete and move-in ready today. The Communities page lists every project with its current status.
Do you have rental homes?
Yes — Seasons in Burquitlam (116 homes) and Aria in Oakridge, Vancouver (52 apartments) are purpose-built rental communities. Email rentals@qualex.ca to join a waitlist or schedule a viewing.
I own a Qualex-Landmark™ home. Where do I find warranty and building documents?
Each community has its own homeowner resource area with warranty information, service requests and building documents — start from the Homeowner Care page.
How do I reach you for press or media?
