Communications Panel

This your communications panel for Telus or Shaw. Please refer to the homeowner manual for more information.

Cold and Hot Water Shutoff

In your entry closet you have your primary natural gas shutoff, your hot water shut off and your cold water shutoff.

Laundry Hot and Cold Shutoff

Located in your laundry closet is the hot and cold water shutoff for your washing machine.

Natural Gas Connection

This is your natural gas connection located on your balcony for patio accessories.

Digital Thermostat

This is a digital thermostat for your suite temperature control. Please refer to the homeowner manual for more info.

Smoke Alarm

This is your carbon monoxide and smoke detector alarm. There is also a speaker for general building emergency announcements.

Shower Drain

This is your shower drain. For maintenance simply lift and replace.

Floor Panel Heating Control

This is panel controls your floor heating for the primary washroom only. Please refer to the homeowner manual for more information.

Lint Trap

Located in your laundry closet is your primary lint trap, secondary lint trap and above is your extra for your dryer vent. For more info on maintenance, please refer to the homeowner manual.

Fancoil Shutoff

Located in your entry closet is your fancoil shutoff. Your strata maintenance provider will require access to this from time to time for adjustments.

Fancoil Filter

This your fancoil filter which requires maintenance. Please refer to the homeowner manual for more information.

Fireplace Pilot Light

Due to energy efficiency building requirements, your fireplace pilot light is designed and required to automatically shut off every 7 days. NOTE: Please ensure the gas/fireplace timer is completely off before igniting the pilot light. 

General Info & FAQs

How do I set up my utilities?

Hot water (for heating) and natural gas are covered in your monthly maintenance fees. Please contact any other applicable utility providers (Tel/Internet/Cable/Hydro) to set up your accounts if you have not already done so as the meters are now operational. Homeowners are responsible for electricity starting on the date of Possession. Failure to set up a hydro account may result in no power to the strata lot and or back charges.
