Hot water (for heating) and natural gas are covered in your monthly maintenance fees. Please contact any other applicable utility providers (Tel/Internet/Cable/Hydro) to set up your accounts if you have not already done so as the meters are now operational. Homeowners are responsible for electricity starting on the date of Possession. Failure to set up a hydro account may result in no power to the strata lot and or back charges.
