Beltline Condo project has it all

Even in the typically slower summer months for prospective new home or condo buyers, Qualex-Landmark™ has seen steady traffic to its latest project in the Beltline, Park Point. But then again, that’s not a surprise. Every development of Qualex-Landmark™ has been met with buyer interest since the Vancouver-based company first set its sights on Calgary a decade and a half ago. Since then, they continue to build multi-family apartments close to the downtown core. Park Point is another perfect example.

The project is currently more than 50 percent sold, with construction having started in October 2015 and first move-ins expected by summer 2018. The homes range from one-bedroom, to one bedroom with den, two-bedroom units, two bedrooms with den, and a limited selection of townhouses and penthouses.

The building amenities are generous, including 24-hour concierge, secure, underground parking and bicycle storage for residents as well as underground visitor parking, a vehicle, bike and dog-washing area, steam room, sauna and his/her change rooms with showers, a fully equipped fitness facility, a social lounge club with kitchen and fireplace, and more. The outdoor amenity space includes a Zen Terrace with seating and a water feature, social air lounge seating with firepit, barbecue area with a large harvest table, and a yoga/Pilates sundeck overlooking Central Memorial Park.
