Calgary’s new landmark sales are warm and the PARK POINT is in full swing

The PARK POINT, a well-known developer of the Qualex-Landmark Group, has completed half of the project and is expected to enter the summer. At the same time, sales continued to improve.

The 34-storey building is built on the 110 million yuan residential Baiwen. It is located in the heart of the Beltline in Calgary, opposite the Central Memorial Park. The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh.
When the building was built, the market for the sale of Calgary was once again rising. According to the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB), 2,119 homes were sold in May this year, an increase of 215 from 1,904 in April this year.
Parham Mahboubi, vice president of planning and marketing at Qualex-Landmark Group, said that PARK POINT began construction in the fall of 2015 and is on schedule. Up to 75 to 100 workers are currently working on the site. Designed by the architectural firm IBI Group, PARK POINT combines style and elegance with 289 one, two and three bedroom berlin units and residential/urban houses. Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor and indoor facilities, including an outdoor BBQ area and a balcony overlooking Central Memorial Park, while the indoors include a fitness room with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, a yoga room facing the park, and a sauna.
