When you think of the Metrotown area, does the word “quieter” jump to mind?

To encourage sustainability, a bike and car share program will be available for residents of Artesia to enjoy and commute to nearby neighbourhood amenities. In addition, EV ready parking stalls and storage are located within the secured parkade. Artesia’s mechanical system will also be integrated and professionally managed to ensure efficient performance.
