With residents now calling Artesia home, new completion photography offers a striking look at the community’s finished design.
Designed by RWA Group with interiors by BYU Design, Artesia reflects a thoughtful, nature-inspired vision brought to life through exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. From the interactive public artwork at the plaza entrance to the warmth of the rammed earth feature wall in the lobby, the images showcase the layers of design that define the community. Every space has been carefully considered to foster comfort, wellness, and connection, creating a timeless place for everyday living.
One of the most distinctive features captured in the photography is Public (Glass) by Random International. The installation consists of seven rotating monoliths that invite interaction through touch, creating an ever-changing relationship between colour, reflection, movement, and architecture. As residents and visitors engage with the work, it continuously evolves, becoming part of the daily rhythm of the community.
The completion photography by Take Off Photography also highlights Artesia’s welcoming arrival experience. Natural light fills the lobby, where a rammed-earth feature wall introduces a sense of warmth and permanence from the moment residents step inside. Thoughtful material selections and refined detailing create spaces that feel both contemporary and timeless.
