Steady Progress in Shifting Tides
As economic uncertainty and shifting policy winds dominate the headlines, Qualex-Landmark™ remains firmly anchored — moving forward with discipline, foresight, and the quiet confidence that only experience affords.
Our projects continue to progress, buoyed by early, strategic decisions that have helped shield us from much of the market’s volatility: securing trades before cost escalations, locking in pricing stability, and leaning on the strength of long-standing partnerships.
Today, that steady hand is evident across our portfolio. Artesia is nearing completion, with major construction milestones giving way to the interior details that turn a building into a home. Botanica has launched its townhome collection — a rare, family-oriented ownership opportunity. And at Ironwood, shovels are in the ground for a project that, like so many before it, reflects the measured, long-term approach that has defined Qualex-Landmark™ for generations.
In uncertain times, consistent delivery isn’t just our promise — it’s our track record.

Big Changes to a Beloved Corner
We’re thrilled to announce the next chapter for 701 Kingsway — a project years in the making, and now officially greenlit. Late last year, Vancouver City Council unanimously approved our rezoning application, marking one of the first Broadway Plan projects to pass through City Hall since the Plan’s adoption in 2022.
The future 24-storey building will deliver 200 new rental homes — both market and affordable — along with a lively public plaza and revitalized retail that respects the soul of this neighbourhood while welcoming the future.
When we first acquired the site, it was capped at 6 storeys. Today, it’s the foundation of a bold, thoughtful evolution. Demolition begins this summer. Stay tuned — Kingsway is about to rise.
