The Qualex-Quarterly: Q3 2026

This quarter finds Botanica and Ironwood at very different stages, with Botanica now move-in ready, and Ironwood beginning to rise. Together, they reflect different points in the journey from vision to completion. Both are moving steadily from years of planning and construction toward becoming lasting parts of West Coquitlam and places people will call home.

At Ironwood, progress is moving upward. The tower has reached Level 4, work on Level 5 is underway and the Terrace Building continues to advance alongside it. With each new level, Ironwood is gaining presence in West Coquitlam and bringing its homes, elevated amenities and green outlook closer to view.

At Botanica, landscaping is in and final details are coming together. Pathways lead home, shared spaces await their first gatherings and residences once seen only in plans are now move-in ready. As the finishing touches to the greater community come together, so does a vision years in the making, shaped by the care and hard work of our team, and a commitment to delivering what we set out to create from the very beginning.
