We have lived here for more than a year, and absolutely loved the building. It is most conveniently located, walking distance to skytrain, bus stops. The units are well ventilated with great views. The appliances are also new and required minimal maintenance. The residence manager has always been super friendly, helpful, and supportive whenever there is any maintenance related issue in the unit.

Aria is a well-managed building and provides great care for their tenants. Common areas are always spotless and the management office is right at the lobby for easy inquiry. During Covid-19, all the measurements necessary to keep tenants safe were taken. Units have radiant in-floor heating which is great and efficient. Suites also include high quality finishes and in-suite laundry.
After deciding to downsize from our house on Puget Drive in order to travel more freely, we are happy to have found our future home at Legacy in the familiar Dunbar neighbourhood. We like the modern and elegant design with floor plans catered mainly for families, and the convenient location where parks, cafes, pharmacies, grocery stores and community centre are all within walking distance.

Our south facing unit is bright and affords us a lovely view of the mountains on a clear day. The interior is well appointed and attractive with blackout blinds in the bedroom which is a nice added touch.
