This season has reminded us what it means to build, belong, and look ahead. With FIFA turning the world’s eyes to Vancouver, there is fresh energy in the places we call home. The momentum may begin on the world stage, but it carries forward here, in the neighbourhoods and gathering places that define daily life.
At Kingsway and Fraser, the crane is now up, marking a key milestone for one of the first projects advancing under the Broadway Plan. It signals progress toward much-needed rental housing, neighbourhood-serving retail, and a more connected future for this evolving East Vancouver corridor.

At Ironwood, construction has moved above grade, marking the start of its vertical rise. The 43-storey architectural landmark is taking shape at the gateway between Burnaby Mountain and Burquitlam, in one of the region’s most connected neighbourhoods.

Botanica is nearing completion, with move-ins anticipated this fall. Two new designer townhomes are now open for tours. We are also pleased to welcome Prado Coffee, bringing a beloved local café to the heart of the neighbourhood.

At Artesia, new completion photos reveal the care, warmth, and sophistication that define the community, from Random International’s artwork to morning light on the rammed earth lobby wall. With only a handful of homes remaining, this is your final opportunity to take a closer look.

Across Metro Vancouver, our projects continue to move forward with purpose. Each milestone reflects our belief in thoughtful local development: creating places that strengthen communities and deepen connection to the city around them.
