After hours emergency dispatch is available outside of business hours by calling the main office line, 403-668-4867, whereby your call will be answered by a live answering service. Emergency calls (fire, flood, loss of essential services, security issues, and water leaks) will be dispatched to the applicable contractor for immediate attention.

Move-ins requiring the use of the elevator must be booked through the concierge at Park Point and must be scheduled for a time subsequent to your Possession time. To book your move in, please contact 403-771-5332 or firstname.lastname@example.org. It is strongly advised that you book your elevator the day after possession or later, as it gives you an opportunity to familiarize yourself with both your home and common areas. This will also leave flexibility for any of the common brief legal delays that could affect key release.
