PDO’s HAVE STARTED
We have started the first few lower level Pre-Delivery Orientations (PDO), with very positive results.
This is an exciting opportunity to walk through your beautiful new home at Artesia before taking possession.
As previously communicated please note the following:
- The Purchaser, or a representative, and the Vendor, or a representative, shall inspect the Strata Lot at time designated by the Vendor.
- Due to ongoing construction and site safety requirements, PDOs will be scheduled only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during regular business hours.
- Due the volume of homes and site restrictions, we are unable to accommodate specific requests or delays.
- During your PDO you will only be accessing your Strata Lot. Common areas and storage and parking areas are not yet accessible.
Homeowner Care will reach out to you once your unit has been released for PDO scheduling.
LEGAL REPRESENTATION DUE BY AUGUST 30, 2025
Purchaser’s are required to obtain a BC lawyer specificizing in real estate convenience.
The purpose of your lawyer, in simple terms, is to work with the Developer’s lawyer to ensure that the Strata Lot is properly and successfully transferred from the Developer to you, the Purchaser. There are many legal details involved—such as title transfer, parking and storage assignments, and mortgage registration, to name a few. Your BC real estate lawyer will guide you through the entire process.
While we strongly encourage you to use a law firm rather than a notary, purchasers may choose any BC-based real estate legal representative, except Dentons Canada LLP.
